How can you get Beignets?

 

Option One: Private Onsite Beignet Bar with 6-Flavors

 

• Beignet Bar must be booked 3 weeks in advance to avoid Expedite Fee

• Minimum Guest Count: 30- Persons

• Two beignets per person, every person gets to order twice.

• $325.00 Staff charge plus $18.50 per person (staff charge covers up to 50 guest) +tax and travel. 

• $475.00 Staff charge plus $18.50 per person (staff charge covers 51-200 guests)  +tax and travel. 

• $725.00 Staff charge plus $18.50 per person (staff charge covers 300-450 guests)  +tax and travel. 

  

Event Details:

• 1-hour Set up 1-hour break down 2-hours of Onsite Guest Service

• Menu Consist of 6- beignet flavors

• Each person may order twice, each order will have two beignets per flavor.

• Electricity is required- Three independent 120 volt outlets. They must be on separate breakers or have the capacity to carry the voltage or the fryers will trip the breaker and power will be lost

• Please let us know if this is an indoor event: you must have adequate ventilation for frying (fryers are electric)

• Please let us know if this is an Outdoor event: These are weather permitting. There must also be leveled ground, in a safe clean area and access to electricity per the above stated requirements

• Napkins and forks included.

• Trash disposal necessary: We do not carry trash away.

• Cinnamon Sugar

• We will add four additional flavors.

• $325.00 Staff charge plus $9.50 per person (staff charge covers up to 50 guests) +tax and travel. 

• $475.00 Staff charge plus $9.50 per person (staff charge covers 51-200 guests)  +tax and travel.  

• $725.00 Staff charge plus $9.50 per person (staff charge covers 300-450 guests)  +tax and travel.

 Option Three: Individually Boxed "Beignets to Go"

 

• Beignet Bar must be booked 3 weeks in advance to avoid Expedite Fee

• Minimum number of boxes: 30 per flavor

• $8.50 for Traditional +tax and travel

• $9.00 for Cinnamon Sugar +tax and travel

• $9.50 for Her Mix +tax and travel

 

• Choose one flavor option 30 boxes.

• Each individual box will have two beignets in it.

• We will deliver to one location and unload on one surface area.

• Labels can have a custom greeting; "the beignet bar presents_______ ". Cost .75 per label.  (Verbiage/Design has to be approved by graphic artists to ensure proper fitting).

• Napkins and forks are not included.

• Boxes will be placed single layered on one station
